We are 100% committed to our customers and provide every customer with an inclusive warranty period on all purchases.

We strongly suggest you keep at least one of the boxes for the product purchased, should you require any warranty repair it will need to come back in a suitable box. Should the item be returned without being in a suitable box, you may receive surcharges from the courier, these will be collected and invoices from the shipping agent will be available. Should you wish for a refund these courier surcharges will be deducted regardless of return reason. 

Warranty - Hoverboards, Electric Scooters, Electric Skateboards

The warranty covers any technical faults with your item but does not cover the following:

- Cosmetic damage
- Water damage.
- General wear and marks from use.
- Damage which has occurred from improper use such as: riding through puddles, over leaves, or through tall grass.
- Chassis damage and scratching due to improper use or dropping.
- Damage caused by collisions or accidents whilst riding the board.
- Electronic damage due to improper use or if the item has been crashed.

    We will cover manufacturing faults and electrical malfunctions and repair or replace your board if any of these problems arise.

    Your warranty begins on receipt of delivery and if your board is over it's inclusive warranty period we do offer a repair service which is available to all customers.

    If the board becomes faulty after the first 30 days of purchase, it is up to the customer to cover postage costs to and from our repair centre.
    If an issue arises within the first 30 days, we will cover postage costs to and from our repair centre. There is no charge for repairs which are covered under the warranty.
    When sending the item back, you will need to find suitable packaging or use the original box.

    Warranty - Parts

    We offer a 30 day warranty on all electrical parts.
    This covers failure of the item within a 30 day period from purchase. All parts are tested in house prior to shipment. 
    All parts must be installed by a competent electronics professional.
    In the event a part does fail or is DOA (dead on arrival) we will require the part to be sent back to us for inspection before a replacement is sent out.
    If we find the part to be damaged by the user or installed incorrectly we will not refund or replace.

    We will accept any unused item back for full refund within 14 days. 
    Please note the item must be unused, sealed and in its original packaging. All items will be checked upon arrival. The customer will be liable for the return postage costs.
    Please note, during busy periods it can take up to 28 days to for the return to be processed once received (however normally much sooner).

    If an item is faulty it can be returned to us for a refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase. The item will be thoroughly checked by our technicians upon arrival and refunds can only be issued if the item has a manufacturing or electrical fault.
    If a product fault is reported after 14 days we will offer a free repair service and repair or replace your item as necessary.

    All returns are subject to inspection by our expertly trained technicians.
